We are so excited to welcome families for the 2023-2024 school year! Please read the following for general back to school information. More details on these items and additional school information will be sent to you in my weekly newsletter update beginning next week.
WELCOME EMAIL AND POSTCARDS- Preschool to Grade 8
- Please watch for an email from your child’s new teacher between 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 9!
- Also, keep a lookout for some special mail from your upcoming teachers who are SO excited to have your children as their students! (Mailing will take place on August 11).
WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT FOR ALL STUDENTS AND FAMILIES AND GRADES K-8 SCHOOL SUPPLY DROP OFF
- Join us for our K-8 School Supply Drop Off and Back-to-School Outdoor Movie Night on Friday, August 18.
- Our building will be open with teachers welcoming students and for school supply drop-off from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Students unable to attend on this date may bring their supplies on the first day of school.
- Then, pull up a blanket or lawn chair and join us for a showing of “Alvin and the Chipmunks” right on the front lawn of Saint Joseph Church at approximately 8:45 p.m.
KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION
- Monday, August 21 at 9:00 a.m.
- Incoming Kindergarten parents: Please watch for a separate email with more information coming soon. Kindergarten school supplies may be dropped off on the orientation date on August 21 or during the K-8 School Supply Drop Off on August 18.
BACK TO SCHOOL INFORMATION NIGHT FOR GRADES 1-8
- 6:00-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 6.
PRESCHOOL BEGINS
- Thursday and Friday, September 7 & 8
