Dear Parents,

I hope everyone had a restful and Happy Thanksgiving with your family.

I just wanted to reshare the Parents Weekly communication with you for the Week of November 29 – December 5, 2021.

SJJ has made a few recent changes about Covid Protocol and safety measures. With a discussion with the Board of Trustees and Mrs. Francis, in order to avoid future closures during this pandemic, we will be implementing a temporary mask mandate for all faculty and staff starting on November 29, 2021. We will continue to monitor this temporary mask mandate for all faculty and make changes as we go throughout the year.

All vaccinated or unvaccinated adults, will be required to wear masks during the school day hours. The same protocol will be in place for aftercare workers, after school clubs and volunteers. Volunteers include room parents, centers, lunchroom, mystery readers, Santa shop helpers, etc.

We highly encourage all students, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask to school.  Students that work together within buddy activities and attend in person Mass will be strongly encouraged to wear masks.
