Dear Parents, Today we completed the 1st Quarter. Grades on Facts will be down starting at 2:00pm today through next Friday so teachers can finalize report cards. Report cards will be posted on RenWeb Friday, October 29. You will still be able to access all other areas of Facts while the gradebook portion is down. We are pleased to announce the kick off our 5 week ski club program for ages 8-18 at Boston Mills / Brandywine Ski Resort. This club gives students the opportunity to either ski or snowboard at Brandywine Ski Resort. This five week club includes 5 lessons, ski or snowboard rental, and transportation. The 2022 Ski Club will begin on Monday, January 3, 2022 and be held every Monday in January. Dear Parents, I hope that this note finds you well! I am writing to you today to announce that we will be starting the last phase of our Long Range Plan - renovation of the SJJ courtyard. This represents the final project that parents and faculty alike felt were most important to our school community back in Spring 2013. A renovated courtyard will provide students with a space for prayer and reflection while enhancing STREAM experiences and the opportunity to utilize self-organized learning experiences for all grade levels. As noted in this week's PTU newsletter, this year's craft fair is on Saturday, November 6, which is just a few short weeks away. We have some vendor slots still available. While we typically only allow vendors who make original crafts, this year to fill some of the slots we have left, we are offering 5 tables to outside consultants (think Color Street, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.). We will have one row of 5 independent consultant vendors in the hallway parallel to McGraw Hall. Slots are $100 each and we are offering to SJJ families first before we open [...]
Dear Parents, It was great seeing so many faces at conferences this week. It is wonderful to build that parent/teacher relationship for successful students. Dear Parents, Thank you to everyone that came out to last week’s PTU Homecoming event. It was a great night and thank you once again to PTU for all that you do for SJJ. Uniform Reminder Students may wear shorts through the month of October. Monday, November 1 is the first day students are required to wear pants until May.
