Dear Parents,
It is so great to have the students in the classrooms! Just seeing their faces, hearing noise throughout the school and seeing them working diligently is a wonderful feeling. We all need to continue to be vigilant about social distance, wearing masks and remembering what we do outside of school affects our entire school community. Thank you for your cooperation and diligence during this time.
WOW! SJJ recently received a very generous donation of $75,000 from an anonymous donor for our final phase of the Air Conditioning unit in the Middle School. We have raised $205,000 of our $300,000 goal for our Air Conditioning, Courtyard and School Endowment. We hope to have the completion of the Air Conditioning and Courtyard done by the Fall 2021. We are $95,000 short of reaching this goal. We are having to deal with higher ceilings and different types of units for the Middle School classrooms. Thank you for your continued support.
Our tentative schedule for the 2021-2022 school year is August 18, 2021 – May 27, 2022. The final approval will be released at a future date.
I would like to keep you posted as we move forward for the remainder of the school year on quarantine and positive Covid cases at SJJ.
