Dear Parents,
This week our 7th graders participated in the SJJ Science Fair. Our students did an amazing job and I want to thank Baldwin Wallace College for coming in to help judge this event. We have several students that have qualified to go onto Districts. Good luck to all of our students!
I hope to see everyone at our Open House on Sunday from 1 -2:30pm.
STEAM Day
We need your help! We are in need of a few more volunteers on Thursday, February 3 from 8:15am – 2pm for a STEAM Day that will take place during Catholic Schools Week. Please use the SignUp Genius if you would like to volunteer.
Morning Drop Off Reminder
We are noticing that parents are using the center bus lane (between the church and school) during morning arrival and are exceeding the 15 mph speed limit. The safety of our children is our highest priority. Please be sure to use the southern-most drive off of Pearl Road to access the car line. Only cars arriving after 7:45am should be using the driveway in between the church and the school. Thank you for your cooperation by driving slowly on school property to protect the children and staff at SJJ.
Reenrollment
The enrollment period has begun and will conclude on February 25. All enrollment packets must be completed before the enrollment end date.
Box Tops
Scan any receipt for qualifying products that earn money for the school! Qualifying products include Betty Crocker products, General Mills cereals, Pillsbury, Nature Valley, Annie’s, so much more! Take a peek at the program in the link. boxtops4education.com
Conferences
Please note that Conferences will not be held on Friday, February 18, 2022. We have rescheduled optional Conferences for Monday, February 7 from 2:30 – 5:30pm.
PTU Mother/Son Outing at Scene 75
SJJ mothers and sons will gather at Scene 75 for a night of fun on Thursday, February 10th from 6-8pm. See attached flyer for details and registration. Deadline to register is Friday, February 4th.
